Christopher cofounded House of Window Coverings, a full-service window covering firm and showroom. Prior to establishing his business, he served as District Sales Manager for 3 Blind Mice Window Coverings, where he increased the company revenue from $270,000 to $1.3 million in 12 months. Previously, he was also the Store Director for 3 Day Blinds. During his employment, he managed the highest volume store in Las Vegas, and in 2004 earned two sales awards, achieving first place among 300 competing stores. As a Territory Manager for Calvin Klein from1996 to 1999, he was responsible for selling clothing and products to major retail stores. He also served as the Complex Manager for the World of Disney retail store in Anaheim, California (the highest volume store in the resort) from 1999 to 2001. For the past three years, Christopher has been affiliated with the Big Brother and Big Sister organization as a volunteer Big Brother. He is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, NEWH (Hospitality Industry Network), the Better Business Bureau and The Social Register. As a business owner, Christopher is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service allowing him to not only meet but to exceed his customer’s expectations.

Daniel cofounded House of Window Coverings, a full-service window covering firm and showroom, with Christopher in 2006. House of Window Coverings prides itself on superior service and knowledge. Daniel leads the operational and financial arm of the business and dedicates his time to improving the customer experience. During his career, he has held sales and marketing positions with Norwest Bank (now Wells Fargo) and Expedia.com. Daniel has lived in Las Vegas since 1994 and graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997.

Karen Rose

Karen has been in the home decorating field since 1985. She has operated her own drapery business for 10 years in sewing, designing and installation while raising her 3 children. Karen moved to Las Vegas in 1998 to open and operate Bassett Furniture stores and opened the Great Indoors as a manager for the window and paint departments. In 2003, Karen returned to her greatest passion: - the field of design and, in particular, designing draperies. She loves what she does and says “I can’t afford to keep redoing my house with the latest design, so let me do yours!” Karen has 3 children, 5 step-children and 15 grandchildren, ages 16 down to 2. She loves hanging out with the family when at home. In addition, she loves meeting new people, watching a good movie and just hanging out with the family.

Jan Rohl

Jan has more than 23 years of experience in managing furniture stores, designing displays, buying accessories and designing homes, custom drapery and bedding. She was assistant manager of a large furniture chain in South Carolina from 1994 to 1997, before she moved to Las Vegas in 1997. Previously, Jan also managed a furniture store in Lake Fenton, Michigan, from 1984 to 1994, and provided design consultation for clients in their homes. She started her successful career in Michigan in 1973 as an accessory buyer and floor display designer for the largest leather gallery in the state. Jan enjoys spending time with her two sons and two grandchildren. She also likes to garden, travel and decorate. "I really enjoy seeing my clients beam with satisfaction when we install a beautiful finished drapery in their home," says Jan. "I take great pride in my work."

Alina moved to Las Vegas from Los Angeles in 2007. After a long career with CountryWide Home Loans, she decided to trade in the office world for a career that allows her the freedom to be more creative and interactive with people. Interior design and window coverings seemed like a natural choice for a career change. Although she only recently began working in the window covering industry, she joined House of Window Coverings in early 2009. Alina enjoys spending time with her husband and taking care of her young son, that keeps her on her toes.

Susan Thomas

Susan was born in Reno, NV and has lived in Las Vegas most of her life and has four children and 6 grandchildren. She began her design career in over 20 years ago. In addition to window covering design, Susan began designing closets early in her career and moved into high-end custom cabinetry by 2008. She primarily designs and executes custom closets, window coverings, kitchens, libraries, and commerical offices. She has recently joined the ranks of House of Window Coverings as a window design consultant.

Ramiro Mejia

Ramiro was born in Los Angeles, California and has lived in Las Vegas since 1985. He has an extensive background in customer service and office operations. He worked for a major telecommunications company for many years where he quickly moved up the ranks. He started as customer service represantative and was soon promoted to a supervisor position which quickly attained him a store manager position. He joined the House of Window Coverings team in 2009 and has helped make the company as succesful as it is today. Ramiro enjoys going to the movies, reading, and spending time at home with his significant other and their three Chihuahuas.

Sonya is accredited with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interior Design. With over 20 years in the Design and Customer Service Industry, Sonya can provide you with the very best design and customer service to meet your needs. Her experience extends to specialization in Window Dressing and Visual Display. Sonya is a Las Vegas native and enjoys spending time with her two children. She also loves weekend trips to California, visiting museums, art festivals and cultural events.

Joe Roberto

Joe moved to Las Vegas in 1989 from New Jersey. He has over 20 years of window covering experience in manufacturing, sales and installation. Over his career he has worked for three window covering companies in Las Vegas before joining House of Window Coverings in 2007. He has attended many Hunter Douglas installation classes and is a certified Hunter Douglas installer. Joe is married with three children. In his free time he enjoys camping and riding ATVs.

Scot Olsson

Scot has installed window coverings for over 19 years. He has resided and worked as a master installer in St. George Utah, Albuquerque New Mexico as well as Southern Nevada. Scot is a certified Hunter Douglas and MechoShade installer and his specialty is custom draperies and motorization. Scot is married with two grown sons. His family loves living in Las Vegas and he enjoys being part of the HWC team.
